Terms, Conditions, and Usage Rights

You automatically agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Usage Rights upon payment of your commission.

Notices

• I can only accept payment through PayPal at this time.
• If you require your commission to be completed by a certain date, please let me know at least two weeks in advance.
• If you wish to use my work for commercial purposes, please state your usage and intent upfront. Rates and usage rights will vary for commercial work.

Terms

• I reserve the right to decline a commission at any time for any reason.
• Any breach in the following Terms, Conditions, and Usage Rights will automatically revoke your right to use the work you received in any capacity.
• Unlimited minor revisions are available, however I will not completely redo the piece.
• I will regularly send progress reports throughout the process, but you may request to view the status of your work at any time.
• Completion time can range between 1 to 4 weeks depending on my current availability and the size of the queue. I will always communicate any delays.
• Once the work has been completed and you are satisfied with your order, you will be sent high quality copies of your commission via correspondence and email.
• I post my completed works publicly at my discretion. If you do not wish for me to post the completed piece, please communicate this with me upfront.

Refund Policy

• If a refund is requested, a full refund can be issued if I have not yet completed the sketch for your order, otherwise only a partial refund will be granted depending on the amount of work that has already been completed. Under this condition, you will retain the right to use the incomplete piece so long as you remain in accordance with the Terms, Conditions, and Usage Rights.
• You are entitled to a full refund if a minimum of two weeks has elapsed since previous communication.
• A refund may not be issued if the work has been completed or if you have breached the Terms, Conditions, and Usage Rights.

I will NOT draw...

• NSFW (any explicit or overly sexual content)
• Gore
• Offensive material
• Kink or fetish material
• NFT or AI material

Usage Rights

• You are NOT allowed to use my work, completed or otherwise, for the purposes of cryptocurrency, NFT, or AI-related purposes.
• You are NOT allowed to use my work for commercial purposes UNLESS it has been discussed and expressly agreed upon prior to payment.
• If you are using my work for non-commercial purposes, please attribute me (@shrubbyfrog) and retain my watermark.
